It depends on how many booking rules, resources and connections your system needs. Discovery ends with a written specification and a realistic timeline, so you know before the build starts.

Yes. Moving your existing data across is part of launch. We import future bookings and customer records from your current app, spreadsheet or diary, and check them with you before you switch over.

Who owns the system, and can we take it elsewhere?2026-10-26T14:54:32+00:00

You own your data, and you can take it with you at any time. We agree ownership of the system itself in writing before the build starts, so there are no surprises later.

We host and maintain the system on a monthly plan, so you have one number to call. We monitor it, keep it updated and fix problems as part of that plan.

Yes. We are based in Petersfield and most of our customers are in Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey, but we work with businesses across the UK. Discovery and training can happen in person or by video call.
